Goals

  • Predict final productivity outcomes while a project is still in flight.
  • Translate evolving schedule signals into a forward-looking estimate.
  • Give teams time to intervene before outcomes are locked in.

Approach

  • Derive schedule signals: ramp deviation, peak labor shifts, baseline execution, critical-path volatility.
  • Train a forecasting model on evolving, time-indexed project data.
  • Evaluate forecast accuracy at successive project stages.
