- Give teams time to intervene before outcomes are locked in.
Approach
- Derive schedule signals: ramp deviation, peak labor shifts, baseline execution, critical-path volatility.
- Train a forecasting model on evolving, time-indexed project data.
- Evaluate forecast accuracy at successive project stages.
