• Combine historical trends with threshold-based rules into a single, interpretable signal.
• Provide a defensible, explainable basis for prioritizing attention across projects.

Approach

• Engineer leading-indicator features from synthetic project telemetry.
• Train and calibrate a classification model against threshold-defined risk bands.
• Validate against historical trends and stress-test the decision thresholds.
